With a love for yoga and community at the heart of everything we do, Empower offers classes at our beautiful studio in Grover Beach, throughout SLO county, and beyond.

In addition to our public classes, we partner with businesses, nonprofits and private groups of all sizes to bring the benefits of mindfulness, breathwork and movement to our friends and neighbors in a science-based and accessible way. Learn more about our partnerships here.

We also offer a Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Movement course that has been accredited through Central Coast CAMFT- California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
