With a love for yoga and community at the heart of everything we do, Empower offers classes at our beautiful studio in Grover Beach, throughout SLO county, and beyond.

In addition to our public classes, we offer private therapeutic yoga session, partnerships with businesses, nonprofits and private groups of all sizes to bring the benefits of mindfulness, breathwork and movement to our friends and neighbors in a science-based and accessible way. We also offer a Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Movement course that has been accredited through Central Coast CAMFT- California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

  • Somatic Breathwork Journey

    Through conscious breathing patterns, breathwork invites you to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, quiet the mind, and awaken the body’s innate wisdom. It can be done in group or individual settings, virtually or in-person, and is accessible to people of all experience levels.
